I have tried to withdrawal from MotongFx account through their customer service but they have asked to recharge my account before I withdraw balance from my account. They said it is International law to deposit money before I can do withdrawal. This broker allow to deposit using USDT to a wallet address that they provide to me. my initial deposit to do trading were deposited using USDT wallet but when I do withdrawal there were 3 problems. 1.MotongFx customer service says that I need to deposit 40% of my account balance at that time which is 5408USDT because my account is link with another account (because my USDT wallet was used to deposit another user account In MotongFx) . 2. after deposited 5408 USDT customer service came back saying that I can’t use the same wallet to deposit , thus I need to do another 5408usdt deposit , so I did that. 3. after the 2nd deposit of 5408USDT, my withdrawal can’t go through , this time customer service said that international law requires Australian residents to deposit 30% tax of the account balance , at that time my account balance is 24,399 USD so it come to about 7,301 USDT. At this point , I have deposit all my life saving in this platform and no way for getting more money to deposit to get all teh deposited fund. I tried to deposit another 2,000USDT in the hope to get extension and misinformation about I could get a few more extra days before freezing my account. in my last conversation, customer service was aggressive in asking to deposit. I am in helpless situation where I don’t know whether I can get my money even if I manage to deposit 30% tax amount as of last communication there were a lot of inconsistencies. I am happy to get only my principal from this platform.
