Jetswap turned on the security lock on my account so I cannot withdraw my money. The customer service said that I have to deposit $20,000 to unlock their automatic security mode to my account. It is ridiculous because Jetswap should lock an account if the user reported complaints and not them automatically blocking my account and telling me to deposit a huge amount of money before my withdraw function will be unfrozen. They gave me 7 days to pay the deposit and if I cannot deposit within 7 days, they will deduct a penalty of $1000 per day! I want to withdraw my money already. Please help me withdraw the money I have in my account.
